Booking Procedure

To book you will need to provide the following : Email accommodation@londonhorizons.com , in the Subject Box, enter your name and your request; in the email itself enter your name, what type of room you require, e.g. single without cooking facilities  or Studio with cooking facilities, number of people, arrival date and departure date.

• Staff here will enter in correspondence with you and if all the criteria are met, you will be asked to confirm the booking.

• On confirmation of the booking, staff will reply to you and book the room for you, the payment is now required to cover the booking and cancellation fees now apply, all this and more is outlined in an extensive Terms & Conditions Word Doc. which will be attached to the email.

• Stays of less than one month must be paid for in advance and for stays of longer than one month; you can pay on a monthly basis in advance. 

On arrival:                                             

· A returnable cash deposit of £75 to cover any breakages and/or damage to the room.

· Proof of your eligibility to reside in the UK – This may be a letter from a language school, educational institution, sponsoring organisation or employer.

·  A valid passport and if you have it, please provided a further form of identification such as EU driving licence or Identity card for photocopying purposes.
